Schedule is Monday–Friday 9am–6pm with rotating weekends; requires a valid driver’s license for golf-cart use and flexible hours for events and calls.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing and renewal strategies.
• Ability to greet and qualify prospects and tour properties.
• Proficiency with on-site property management software.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Schedule and conduct apartment tours and process applications.
• Screen credit and background checks and prepare lease packages.
