Greystar is seeking a Leasing/Marketing Associate to coordinate the community’s leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You will also implement marketing plans, review market conditions, and coordinate with maintenance to keep show units in top condition. Residency renewals and customer satisfaction are core goals of this role.
