Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience in fast-paced settings such as property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant sales.
• Demonstrated success following a sales process and achieving performance goals.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process, including prompt follow-up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting tours, and helping prospects find their new home.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Provide leasing support to other AIR communities as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing and resident retention efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws and regulations.
