Job summary

AIR Communities is seeking an Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant at The Rosery in Largo, FL. This full-time role offers a base pay of $19.00–$20.00 per hour plus commissions, with opportunities to increase commissions through higher rent-rate units, exceeding monthly goals, and longer lease terms.

You will conduct tours, follow AIR's sales process, meet leasing targets, deliver outstanding resident service, and support multiple communities within the AIR portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
• Demonstrated success achieving sales goals and following a structured sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting tours to sell the value of your community and to help prospects find their new home at AIR.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, creating moments that matter at every opportunity.
• Provide leasing support to all communities within the AIR portfolio as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
