AIR Communities is seeking an Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant for Heritage District in Gilbert, AZ. The role focuses on leasing apartments onsite, following AIR's sales process, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents.

You will participate in multiple incentive structures, enjoy rent discounts, and work a flexible schedule (Tue-Sat) to meet leasing goals while supporting the AIR portfolio and community marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments such as property management, hospitality, retail, or food service.
• Demonstrated success in goal setting and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.
• Flexible schedule with office hours (Tue-Sat) and varying community/season hours.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting tours to sell the value of the community and help prospects find their new home.
• Maintain a track record of meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, creating moments that matter.
• Provide leasing support to all AIR communities as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
