Lucerne at Lake Brandon Apartment Homes in Brandon, FL is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant to be the face of the community, building relationships with current and prospective residents. You will showcase our multi-family homes and convert prospects into residents using your sales skills.

This fast-paced role rewards you with base pay plus commissions, bonuses, and stock awards, along with company-paid training in Tampa and growth opportunities within a best-in-class operator.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude and charisma.
• Must attend a company-paid, multi-day, out-of-state training within 2 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, and match them with our community’s amenities.
• Conduct community tours highlighting the lifestyle IRT offers.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve leasing goals.
• Manage the lease application process for new residents.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on community features, rents, and amenities.
• Conduct market research and contribute to marketing plans to attract new residents.
• Coordinate resident events to build community and resident satisfaction.
