IRT Living seeks an Apartment Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents and match them with our vibrant multi-family communities. You will tour properties, answer questions, and guide applicants through the lease process in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers company-paid, in-person training in Tampa, FL, with ongoing development programs, commissions, bonuses, stock awards, and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a dynamic position with opportunities for growth within IRT.

• Conduct community tours that highlight the unique lifestyle IRT offers.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve leasing goals.
• Manage the lease application process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on community features, rents, and amenities.
• Conduct market research and contribute to marketing plans to attract new residents.
• Coordinate resident events that build community and enhance resident satisfaction.
