TLR Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Riverview Apartments in Tampa. The role centers on coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewals to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction goals while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, performing credit/background checks, and preparing leases. Entrata is used to manage data and leasing activity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Leasing experience is preferred.
• Certified Apartment Leasing Professional is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Time management is important.
• Property management software experience (Entrata preferred).
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve community leasing goals—greet prospects, tour apartments, and follow up.
• Process applications, run credit and background checks, and prepare the lease and move-in package.
• Walk the property each morning to ensure the touring route and model units meet standards.
• Monitor market and competitors to stand out in the community.
• Provide feedback to improve leasing and sales processes.
• Use Entrata to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Follow up with leads to comply with policies and expedite leasing.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and professionally.
