IRT Living seeks an energetic Leasing Professional to welcome prospects, tour the Enclave at Trainquility Lake, and convert interest into leases. You will guide applicants through the leasing process and become the community expert on features, rents, and amenities.

This role includes training in Tampa, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits with attractive compensation and stock-based incentives.

• Proven sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, and match them with our community’s amenities.
• Conduct community tours highlighting lifestyle and features.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve leasing goals.
• Manage the lease application process for new residents.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on features, rents, and amenities.
• Coordinate resident events to build community and satisfaction.
