IRT Living at Stoneridge Farms is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant who will be the face of the community, guiding prospects from tour to lease and showcasing our multi-family homes.

You’ll build relationships, conduct tours, manage the application process, and participate in market research and events to attract residents. A company-paid training in Tampa, FL is provided, with growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Formación

• Proven sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude, charisma, and a passion for helping people.
• Must attend a company paid, multi-day, out-of-state training within 2 weeks of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, and expertly match them with our community’s amenities.
• Conduct community tours that highlight the unique lifestyle IRT offers.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve leasing goals.
• Manage the lease application process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on community features, rents, and amenities.
• Conduct market research and contribute to marketing plans to attract new residents.
• Coordinate resident events that build community and enhance resident satisfaction.
