You will market properties, conduct tours, screen applicants, and negotiate lease terms, collaborating with the Property Manager to meet occupancy goals.

The role requires a valid driver's license, 1+ year of leasing or sales experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver's license.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Attract and screen potential tenants.
• Market and promote available properties.
• Conduct property tours.
• Screen applications and negotiate lease terms.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist move-in.
• Respond to inquiries via in-person, phone or email.
• Produce weekly and monthly leasing reports.
• Maintain occupancy and resident relations.
• Support with weekend work as needed.
