Job summary

Omninet Capital LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Foxborough Apartments in Irving, TX. The role involves coordinating apartment rentals, move-ins/outs, lease renewals, and resident relations to maximize occupancy and retention.

Requirements include a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and at least one year of customer service/sales and leasing experience. Proficiency with MS Office and YARDI is expected, with flexibility for weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service/sales experience is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Renting apartment homes: generate traffic, respond to inquiries, greet prospects, tour, qualify, and close the sale.
• Visually inspect property and model units; communicate service needs to the Community Manager.
• Demonstrate features, apply product knowledge, and close the sale.
• Process rental applications, obtain documents, schedule move-ins, and prepare lease files.
