Southern Management Co. is seeking a Leasing Professional in Oxon Hill, MD to act as a brand ambassador for our communities. You will drive sales, build relationships, and guide prospective residents from initial contact to move-in.

The role requires strong communication, sales discipline, and the ability to work Saturdays on a rotating basis. Benefits are provided and experience with Yardi is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Proven sales experience and ability to meet performance goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage the leasing process from first contact to move-in.
• Execute follow-up plans for residents who do not rent on first visit.
• Meet or exceed traffic, application, move-in, wait list, and conversion goals.
• Complete all leasing paperwork and processes per internal QC processes.
• Inspect apartments and community to ensure product quality.
• Conduct new resident move-in orientations.
• Contribute to community engagement and events.
• Maintain strong relationships with team members, customers, and vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
