Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of general clerical office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs and related regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency with Yardi property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to follow procedures and maintain files.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer calls, and route messages professionally.
• Provide clerical support and maintain resident files.
• Enter and update information in Yardi and other systems.
• Manage waiting lists and assist with lease processes and certifications.
• Schedule interviews and verify information for annual or interim rent processes.
• Generate tenant correspondence and maintain accurate records.
