Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Manager for our Tampa community. You will oversee leasing operations, drive occupancy, manage rent collection, and support daily property functions with the onsite team.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years as an Assistant Manager in apartment leasing, strong sales, excellent customer service, a professional demeanor, and reliability. Bilingual EN/ES is a plus; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience.
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic.
• Flexible schedule including some weekends.
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments to maintain occupancy and revenue goals.
• Manage rent collection, posting of rent, and issuance of late notices.
• Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests.
• Support managerial duties and help ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and documentation.
• Prepare reports, administrative paperwork, and required leasing documentation.
• Assist in maintaining an active social media presence to increase visibility and generate traffic.
• Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community success.
