About Sunrise Bluffs Apartments: Sunrise Bluffs is a 382-unit complex near outdoor recreation areas like Greenbelt, Williamson Creek, and McKinney Falls State Park. Located south of Austin, it offers convenient access to shopping and downtown Austin, just 10 minutes away.

Responsibilities:

• Manage rent collections, late notices, and posting rent
• Assist with move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers
• Support managerial duties as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information
• Prepare reports and paperwork
• Lease property

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry (REQUIRED)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with good time management
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Flexible schedule, including weekends (REQUIRED)
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
