Apartment Leasing Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage rent collections, late notices, and posting rent; assist with accepting move out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
• Assist in managerial duties when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Prepare reports and paperwork.
• Lease property.

Apartment Leasing Manager Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry is REQUIRED.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter and time management skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Professional attitude, appearance, and work ethic.
• Must have flexible schedule availability as weekends are REQUIRED for this position.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required.
