About The Role
- The Leasing Manager serves as a vital source of market knowledge and strategy for both the Granite management and leasing staff, representing the organization with humility, integrity, and accountability. The role acts as a point of contact for management and tenants, both prospective and current.
What You'll Do
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Granite managed properties, including locations, attributes, and amenities.
- Provide feedback and recommendations regarding leasing and pricing strategies across properties.
- Support leasing staff with market expertise and experience.
- Understand the roles of Granite staff and departments to better serve tenants and external stakeholders.
- Schedule and conduct property visits and showings to secure new leases.
- Prepare and present leases to prospective and current tenants, answering questions about the properties and lease terms.
- Process lease agreements and internal documentation accurately.
- Maintain company vehicles in safe and clean condition, if applicable.
- Work overtime during periods of high activity, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree.
