Bilingual Leasing Professional Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients in both English and Spanish, providing detailed information about amenities and offerings.
• Record specific requirements and preferences of prospects for their future residences.
• Update the Property Manager on interactions and tasks to be completed.
• Stay informed about special offers to relay accurate and current information to prospects.
• Support office operations through administrative tasks as needed.

Bilingual Leasing Professional Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals and provide excellent customer service.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
