Qualifications

Key duties include maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor with residents and coworkers, marketing promotions, completing weekly prospect reports, and ensuring recently vacated properties are cleaned and ready for viewing. The Leasing Specialist will also maintain a minimum closing ratio, update online advertising to reflect current pricing and availability, and stay informed on local market conditions. Strong communication skills, sales experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required, with experience in Resman property management software preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Greet prospective residents, effectively communicate the property’s features, and address inquiries in a professional manner.

Requirements

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
