• Guide prospective residents through property tours and answer questions
• Greet, qualify, and follow up with leads via phone and email
• Process leases, applications, and documentation
• Assist with resident retention, plan community events, and respond to inquiries
• Maintain relationships with local businesses and stay ahead of market trends
• Ensure office and community spaces are welcoming and maintained

Qualifications

• 2+ years in leasing, sales, or customer service
