Job Description

Job Title: Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish)

Location: Austin, TX

Are you a motivated individual fluent in Spanish and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Bilingual Leasing Professional and be part of our dynamic and growing community!

Bilingual Leasing Professional Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients in both English and Spanish, providing them with detailed information about our amenities and offerings.
• Take thorough notes and record specific requirements and preferences of prospects for their future residences.
• Regularly update the Property Manager on prospective interactions and provide a list of tasks to be completed.
• Stay informed about special offers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is relayed to prospects.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.

Bilingual Leasing Professional Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals and provide excellent customer service.
• Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
