Essential Duties of the Bilingual Leasing Consultant

• Greet, qualify, and close prospects
• Generate traffic through outreach
• Verify applications and process paperwork
• Lease apartments to maintain occupancy and collections
• Keep current residents satisfied through events and excellent customer service
• Assist the property and leasing managers as needed

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in leasing conventional apartments REQUIRED; strong sales skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to go above and beyond
• Professional presentation and flexibility
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
