Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Multifamily LIV at Boerne Hills in Boerne, TX. You will work with onsite management to drive occupancy and rent growth, greet prospects, qualify applicants, and coordinate move-ins.

Responsibilities include property tours, presenting amenities, processing applications, ensuring units are ready, and delivering excellent customer service to residents. Travel between properties may be required.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in hospitality or leasing preferred.
• Must be well organized and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest and tour the community with prospects.
• Highlight the lifestyle and amenities to drive leasing.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in and ready for occupancy.
• Deliver outstanding service to residents to support retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to rentals and office duties.
