Qualifications

• 1+ years of related leasing experience.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Tour prospects and generate interest by highlighting community amenities.
• Drive sales by showcasing the lifestyle and quality of the property.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in and coordinate turnover paperwork.
• Deliver exceptional service to residents to support retention.
