Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our multifamily properties in Fort Worth, TX. You will work with the onsite management team to meet leasing goals and deliver exceptional service to prospects and residents.

You will tour communities, highlight amenities, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while maintaining strong organization and professional communication with customers and staff.

Formación

• Minimum one year of related leasing or customer service experience.
• Ability to explain property features and qualify prospects.
• Strong communication and organization skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Tour property with prospects and answer questions about amenities.
• Drive the sale by highlighting community quality and lifestyle.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment home.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in and ready for occupancy.
• Deliver excellent service to residents to support retention.
