Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Leasing Consultant to blend customer service, sales, and marketing skills to lease our apartment homes and support our mission. You will build rapport with customers and residents while achieving leasing goals.

Ideal candidates bring on-site management awareness, strong sales experience, and a reliability to work varied schedules, including weekends, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety. This role operates at our Richardson, TX communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of on-site management operations, customer service experience, and Yardi software experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.
• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Able to work a set/variable schedule including weekends and emergencies as needed.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct at all times.
• Work at locations other than the home property may be required.
• Willingness to travel within major metropolitan areas and attend company events in other cities.
