LIV at Boerne Hills in Boerne, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join the onsite management team. You will greet prospects, tour the community, and highlight amenities to drive leasing and occupancy. You’ll qualify applicants and guide move-in processes with a focus on customer service.

You will also coordinate paperwork, support resident relations, and help achieve rent-growth goals while maintaining a welcoming, professional office environment.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• 1+ years of related experience in leasing or customer-facing roles.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Tour property with prospects, answer questions about amenities and community.
• Highlight lifestyle benefits to drive leasing and occupancy.
• Qualify applicants and initiate background checks.
• Ensure apartments are ready for move-in.
• Deliver excellent service to residents and support retention.
• Coordinate paperwork and entry processes for rentals.
• Other duties as assigned.
