Monarch Investment and Management Group's Colony Village in New Bern, NC is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant. You will be the first contact for prospects and residents, helping them find a home and guiding them through the leasing process.

The role offers hourly pay of 16 to 18 dollars, plus up to $100 commission per new move-in. Benefits include 401k, paid training, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holidays, and health and dental options.

• 6 months' experience in multifamily or customer service field

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

Hiring Full-Time Leasing Consultant**

As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. PAY: $16.00 to $18.00 /HR + Up to $100 commission per rental!

Location: New Bern, NC

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with Some Saturdays required!
