Job summary

Monarch is seeking a friendly Apartment Leasing Consultant for 21 South at Parkview Apartments in Baton Rouge. You will connect with prospects, tour the property, prepare lease agreements, and turn tours into leases.

The role offers hourly pay $16-18 plus commissions, a strong benefits package, and opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates have leasing or sales experience and a genuine passion for helping people find a home.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in multifamily leasing.
• 2 years' experience in customer service or sales.
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records.
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects.
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events.
• Use your leasing expertise to drive occupancy and deliver an exceptional prospect experience.

Apartment Leasing Consultant at 21 South at Parkview Apartments | Baton Rouge, LA | Full-Time | On-site

PAY: $16.00 to $18.00 an hour plus commission up to $100 per move-in with no cap-Make as much commission as possible!
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (some Saturday flexibility is ideal)

What We Want To See

• 6 months or more experience in multifamily leasing and 2 years' experience in customer service or sales
• Prior experience hitting leasing goals or occupancy targets is a strong plus
• Skilled problem solving
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
