Job summary

Monarch Leasing Consultant in Kettering, Ohio seeks a friendly, sales-driven professional who will be the first point of contact for residents and prospects. You’ll manage the leasing process, prepare lease agreements, and showcase pricing, floor plans, and community amenities during tours.

This full-time, on-site role offers $16–17 per hour plus commission on move-ins, 401k matching, medical and dental plans, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and longevity benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily or customer service fields is preferred.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to leasing software.
• Excellent communication and listening skills are essential.
• Customer service focus with a helpful, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to explain pricing, floor plans, and amenities clearly.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Apartment Leasing Consultant | Full-time | On-site | Kettering, Ohio | Georgetowne of Kettering Apartments

PAY: $16-17 an hour plus commission up to $100 per move-in with no cap (Great potential with over 300 apartments!)
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30PM

WORK LOCATION: Georgetowne of Kettering at 4889 Far Hills Ave

What You Will be Doing:

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

What You Need to Have:

• Strong computer skills
• 6 months' experience in multifamily or custom service field
• Skilled problem solving
• Excellent communication skills
• An unmatched dedication to customer service
• The drive to learn and get better everyday
