Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant for Breckenridge Apartments in Fairborn. You will be the first point of contact, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and showcasing home-like living environments.

The role rewards strong sales ability with commission potential, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities to engage with the community through events and outreach. Compensation includes hourly pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing apartments preferred.
• Strong computer skills are required.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process and identify resident needs.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain records.
• Explain pricing, floor plans, amenities during tours.
• Assist with outreach marketing and resident events.

HIRING: Apartment Leasing Consultant

at the beautiful Breckenridge Apartments in Fairborn! Join a TOP PLACES TO WORK company

Pay: $17.00 to $19.00 an hour plus commissions (Up to $100 per move-in-GREAT commission to be made with 208 apartments!)

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Essential Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
