Monarch Investment and Management Group in Akron, OH is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant. You are the first contact for prospects and residents, guiding them through the leasing process and explaining community offerings.

The role pays $15-$17 per hour plus commissions up to $100 per rental, with benefits including Blue Cross medical coverage under $50 per month and a generous 401(k) match. Schedule is 9 a.m.–6 p.m.

• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

Hiring Full-Time Leasing Consultant**

As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. You love interacting with all types of people and have a passion for creating unique experiences.

PAY: $15-$17/HR + Up to $100 commission per rental!

Under $50 a month Blue Cross for yourself and discounted housing available!

Location:

80 E Exchange St., Akron, OH 44308

Schedule:

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday-Friday , Alternating Saturdays 10 a.m.- 3p.m.
