Job summary

Monarch is hiring an Apartment Leasing Consultant at Breckenridge Apartments in Fairborn, OH. You will be the first smiling face for prospects and residents, guiding tours, answering questions, and presenting floor plans and community features.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Pay is $17–$19 per hour plus commissions (up to $100 per move-in). The role offers career growth, commissions, and benefits designed to support you as you help residents find their home.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing apartments preferred.
• Strong sales and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to engage prospects and explain community features.
• Detail-oriented with lease documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process and identify prospective resident needs.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records.
• Demonstrate pricing, floor plans, amenities while touring prospects.
• Assist with outreach marketing and resident events.
