Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a multifamily community in Canal Winchester, OH. You will greet prospects, tour properties, qualify leads, process applications, and help the Property Manager maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi, OneSite) is a plus; weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year in leasing, sales, or customer service; property management experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; property management software experience required.
• Experience using social media (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to multitask.
• Valid driver’s license; weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, showcase apartments and amenities.
• Qualify leads, process applications, run background and credit checks, prepare leases.
• Ensure units are move-in ready; coordinate with maintenance.
• Execute lease agreements and move-in packages; onboarding support.
• Design and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to maintain occupancy.
• Maintain records in property management software; update guest cards and leads.
• Assist with rent collection and delinquent accounts; support admin tasks.
• Support the Property Manager and participate in local networking.
