Position: Leasing Professional

You will play a key role in creating an outstanding living experience for both current and prospective residents. This position reports to the property manager.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

1. Greet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and closing leads.
2. Assist new residents with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and employment/credit checks.
3. Collect security deposits, rent, and other charges related to move-ins.
4. Communicate all lease and community policies to residents.
5. Follow up with leads and prospects who did not lease.
6. Ensure apartments are move-in ready by inspecting and making last-minute touches.
7. Seek out new residents using creative marketing techniques.
8. Manage lease renewals and retention efforts.
9. Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries.

Requirements:

1. Effective verbal and written communication skills.

3. Knowledge of leasing software (Yardi, Blue Moon, Entrata, Onesite, MRI) is a plus.
4. Ability to work weekends as required.
