The role involves leasing apartments while maintaining a strong customer service philosophy. You will assist the Residential Manager in property administration and perform leasing, operational, administrative, and bookkeeping duties. Courteous and helpful behavior towards residents and prospects is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Leasing apartments and providing excellent customer service
• Assisting in property administration and operations
• Handling leasing documents, record keeping, and basic math computations
• Operating office equipment and maintaining professionalism in communication

Qualifications and Skills:

• Logical thinking and ability to follow procedures
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask
• Good customer service skills and problem resolution abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; leasing experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Additional Details:

• Work hours may vary with some overtime
• Starting pay is $17.00 per hour
