Join the Weigand-Omega Team as a Leasing Agent at Davidson's Landing Apartments in Kansas City, KS. Your primary responsibilities include leasing apartments while providing excellent customer service, assisting the Residential Manager with administrative tasks, and performing leasing, operational, administrative, and bookkeeping duties. Courteous and helpful behavior toward residents and prospects is essential. Note that some responsibilities may not be explicitly listed but are part of the role.

Knowledge, Abilities, and Qualities

  • Apply logical principles to practical situations and follow procedures, adapting as needed.
  • Think rationally beyond specific instructions.

  • A reachable phone is necessary.
