Job summary

Adara Communities in Summit Ridge is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced, hands-on team. You will assist with daily service requests, support unit make-readies, and perform maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and pool upkeep.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in multifamily maintenance, HVAC license, and a customer-focused approach. Must be able to work on-call, lift up to 50 lbs, and live within 20 miles of the property;

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ Years apartment maintenance experience in the multifamily industry (REQUIRED)
• Valid HVAC License REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, and general repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and time-management abilities
• A personal set of basic hand tools
• Willingness to work on-call as scheduled
• A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with completing daily service requests for residents
• Support the team with unit make-readies and apartment upgrades
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and pool repair/upkeep
• Work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician on assigned projects
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community
• Participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled
• Use and maintain your own tools in a professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and coworkers
