Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for Brandon Walk Apartments in Garland, TX. The role supports daily resident service requests, unit make-readies, and upgrades, performing plumbing, electrical, appliance, and pool maintenance with a focus on safety and quality.

HVAC license is required, and a basic tool kit is expected. You will collaborate with the Lead Maintenance Technician on projects, maintain a clean property, and participate in on-call

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience in multifamily.
• HVAC license (valid) required.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, and general repairs.
• Must have a personal set of basic hand tools.
• Willingness to work on-call as scheduled.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with completing daily service requests for residents.
• Support unit make-readies and apartment upgrades.
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and pool upkeep.
• Work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician on assigned projects.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community.
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled and provide excellent customer service.

Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.Most work occurs in an outdoor environment, with occasional off-site tasks as needed.
