Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for our Creekside community. You will handle resident work orders, unit make-readies, and upgrades, plus general repairs across plumbing, electrical, appliances, and pools.

Collaborate with the Lead Technician, stay safety-conscious, and participate in on-call rotations while delivering exceptional resident service. Qualifications include a minimum of 2+ years in multifamily maintenance and a valid HVAC license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years apartment maintenance experience in multifamily housing.
• HVAC license REQUIRED.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, and general repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting and time-management abilities.
• Own basic hand tools and ability to work on-call as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assist with completing daily service requests for residents.
• Support the team with unit make-readies and apartment upgrades.
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and pool upkeep.
• Collaborate with Lead Maintenance Technician on projects.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community and participate in on-call rotation.
• Use and maintain your own tools and provide excellent customer service.

Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.Most work occurs in an outdoor environment, with occasional off-site tasks as needed.
