Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for The Park at Knightsbridge in Riverview, FL. You will perform daily maintenance tasks, assist with unit make-readies, and handle plumbing, electrical, pool repairs, and appliance issues.

A HVAC license and 2+ years in multi-family maintenance are required; on-call rotation and strong customer service are part of the role. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience in multifamily housing.
• HVAC license required.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, and general repairs.
• Solid troubleshooting and time-management abilities.
• Own basic hand tools.
• Willingness to work on-call as scheduled.
