Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for our Summerbend property in Irving, TX. Join a fast-paced, hands-on team responsible for everyday repairs and resident service requests.

You will assist with unit make-readies, plumbing, electrical, appliance and pool repairs, and collaborate with the Lead Maintenance Technician on projects. A valid HVAC license and 2+ years of multifamily maintenance are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2+ years apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC license required.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools.
• Must have own basic hand tools.
• Willingness to work on-call as scheduled.
• Team player with positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with completing daily service requests for residents.
• Support the team with unit make-readies and apartment upgrades.
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and pool repair/upkeep.
• Work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician on assigned projects.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and coworkers.

Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.Most work occurs in an outdoor environment, with occasional off-site tasks as needed.
