Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Summit Ridge to lead and train maintenance staff, oversee service requests, and coordinate make-readies and schedules to keep the property running smoothly.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in multifamily maintenance, HVAC certification, a valid driver's license, and your own basic hand tools. Bilingual EN/ES is a plus. You must live within 20 miles or be willing to relocate and participate in on-call rotations.

What You'll Do as an Apartment Maintenance Technician:

• Lead, train, and guide maintenance staff throughout daily operations

What We're Looking for in the Apartment Maintenance Technician:

• Minimum 2 Years Previous Experience as a Maintenance Technician in multifamily housing REQUIRED
• Valid HVAC Certification REQUIRED

• Stable work history
• A personal set of basic hand tools
• Proven ability to coach, train, and lead service technicians
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time-management skills
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation

Working Environment of the Apartment Maintenance Technician:

This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.

Most work occurs in an outdoor environment, with occasional off-site tasks as needed. All employees must adhere to the company's uniform policy, provided on the first day of employment.
