Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician to supervise and develop maintenance staff at our Cross Creek community. You will oversee service requests, coordinate make-readies and upgrades, and ensure timely, high-quality results across 290 units.

Required are 2+ years in multifamily maintenance, HVAC certification, and a valid driver20s license. You20ll bring strong organizational skills and tools, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Valid drivere27s license and reliable transportation.
• Own basic hand tools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and guide maintenance staff throughout daily operations.
• Complete and oversee service requests to ensure timely, high-quality results.
• Coordinate and assist with make-readies, upgrades, and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all work orders and unit turns are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled.
• Maintain organized inventory and ensure proper use of tools/equipment.
• Support the Property Manager with various maintenance projects and initiatives.
• Uphold community standards for safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction.
