Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician at Parkside Place in Houston, TX. You will assist with daily service requests, support make-readies, and perform general maintenance across plumbing, electrical, appliances, and pool systems.

You will work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician, stay on-call as scheduled, use your own tools, and deliver friendly, responsive customer service to residents while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience in the multifamily industry (REQUIRED).
• Valid HVAC license required.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, and general repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and manage time effectively.
• Own basic hand tools and willingness to be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily service requests for residents.
• Support unit make-readies and apartment upgrades.

Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.Most work occurs in an outdoor environment, with occasional off-site tasks as needed.
