Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, trade or vocational equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand safety procedures.
• Customer service oriented in a residential setting.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property landscape and exterior image, including driveways, parking lots, curbs, and common areas.
• Provide world-class customer service to residents in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support Maintenance staff on other projects as needed.
• Dress in Cushman & Wakefield uniform and maintain professional appearance.
• Follow safety procedures and safeguard tools and equipment.
