Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Groundskeeper for multifamily properties. You will maintain landscaping and exterior areas, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for residents. The role requires delivering exemplary customer service and collaborating with the maintenance team.

Flexibility to work evenings or weekends may be required. The position is on-site and involves physical duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds and using standard maintenance tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school required.
• Experience in groundskeeping or property maintenance preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Evening or weekend availability may be required (on call).

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscape and exterior areas including driveways, parking lots and pool areas.
• Provide world class customer service by addressing resident needs in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist Maintenance staff on other projects as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment.
• Dresses in Cushman & Wakefield uniform and maintains professional appearance.
• Maintain safety protocols at all times.
