LDG Development is seeking a Porter for Riverstone Apartments in San Marcos, TX. You will maintain cleanliness, grounds, and common areas, ensuring high property standards and resident satisfaction.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the use of hand and power tools. This is an on-site, full-time position with benefits, a competitive hourly rate, and bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and teamwork.
• Keep clubhouse, office, model, and common areas clean and tidy.
• Maintain grounds and landscaping, including watering flowers.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and coordinate with managers.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor and assist with turnovers.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and attend required trainings.
