Job summary

LDG Development at Twelve620 Apartments in Houston, TX is seeking a Porter to maintain the property's grounds, common areas, and apartments. The role emphasizes dependable, detail-oriented performance and a strong sense of teamwork.

The position is hourly with benefits and bonus eligibility. You will support the Property Manager in daily upkeep and guest satisfaction while working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, and perform physical labor for up to eight hours per day.
• Must be able to communicate and comprehend in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of grounds, common areas, and apartments.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork.
• Keep clubhouse, office, model, and all common areas tidy and safe.
• Ensure property is free of trash, debris, and animal waste.
• Maintain landscaping, including watering flowers.
• Assist with apartment turnovers as directed.
• Report maintenance or curb appeal issues to supervisor.
